These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the ffbagar platform. By registering an account or placing any bet or wager on ffbagar, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these terms. Please review them carefully before using our services.
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the ffbagar platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
All deposits and withdrawals on ffbagar are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. There are no currency conversion charges. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
All games on ffbagar operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by licensed third-party game providers. The Operator does not manipulate game outcomes. Payout rates are published by each respective provider.

General Terms
The following general provisions apply to all use of the ffbagar platform by any registered or unregistered visitor.
These Terms and Conditions, together with the ffbagar Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus terms published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between the Player and the Operator with respect to the use of the ffbagar platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature.
The ffbagar platform is operated as an international online gaming service available to eligible players in Bangladesh. ffbagar reserves the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or restrict access to any player at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, collusion, or violation of these terms. The Operator's decisions in all such matters are final.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms shall first be referred to ffbagar customer support for resolution. The Operator commits to addressing all formal disputes in good faith and within a reasonable timeframe.
Age Restriction
ffbagar is strictly an adult platform. Access to and use of the ffbagar platform is limited exclusively to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
The Operator takes its obligations regarding underage gambling extremely seriously. No person under the age of 18 may register an account, make a deposit, place a wager, or participate in any promotional activity offered through the ffbagar platform. This restriction applies regardless of the legal age of gambling in any particular jurisdiction and regardless of whether a parent or guardian has given permission.
As part of the account verification process, ffbagar requires all players to submit valid age-verification documentation before any withdrawal request is processed. Players who cannot demonstrate that they are 18 years of age or older will have their accounts suspended and any deposits returned (minus any withdrawals already made, if applicable).
If ffbagar has reasonable grounds to believe that a registered player is under the age of 18, the Operator reserves the right to immediately suspend the account pending age verification. During any such suspension, no withdrawals will be processed and no wagers will be accepted.

Account Registration
To access the full range of ffbagar services including deposits, withdrawals, live betting, and casino games, players must register a verified account.
Registration on the ffbagar platform is open to eligible individuals aged 18 and above. The registration process requires the submission of accurate personal information including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. All information submitted during registration must be truthful and current. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate account termination.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the ffbagar platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where the Operator detects duplicate accounts, it reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and forfeit all balances without prior notice.
Account verification (also referred to as "Know Your Customer" or KYC verification) is required before any withdrawal is processed. The Operator may request verification documentation at any stage of a player's account lifecycle, including during initial registration, following a change in account details, or when processing a withdrawal above a defined threshold. Required documents typically include:
- Proof of Identity: National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence;
- Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months showing the player's name and residential address;
- Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account used for deposits, confirming that it is registered in the player's name.
The Operator aims to complete KYC verification within 72 hours of receiving all required documentation. Players are encouraged to complete verification proactively to avoid delays in processing withdrawal requests. Withdrawal requests submitted before verification is complete will be held pending until verification is approved.
Players are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials, including their username and password. Sharing account access with any third party is prohibited. ffbagar will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access resulting from a player's failure to maintain adequate credential security.
Deposits & Withdrawals
ffbagar processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through a range of local mobile wallet and banking payment methods.
The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits and withdrawals on the ffbagar platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are denominated in BDT. There are no currency conversion fees applied by the Operator. Any fees charged by the payment provider itself are outside the control of ffbagar and are the responsibility of the player.
Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by the Operator, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the player's ffbagar account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, players should contact the support team with the transaction reference number.
Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed by the ffbagar finance team during normal processing windows. Withdrawals to mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically completed within 1 to 4 hours of approval. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used for deposits on the account and that is registered in the player's verified name. The Operator reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals above ৳50,000.
Players may only withdraw funds that represent genuine gaming activity. The Operator reserves the right to reverse or delay withdrawal requests where there is evidence of bonus abuse, suspicious betting patterns, incomplete KYC verification, or pending responsible gaming checks. In all such cases, the Operator will communicate the reason for any delay to the affected player.
All deposited funds held in a player's ffbagar account are player funds and are kept separately from the Operator's operational funds. This segregation ensures that player balances are protected and available for withdrawal subject to the verification and compliance requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions.
Bonus Terms
All bonuses, promotions, free bets, and special offers made available through the ffbagar platform are subject to the following general bonus terms in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion.
ffbagar offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotions are intended for personal, recreational use only.
Claiming Bonuses: Bonuses must be claimed in accordance with the specific instructions published on the relevant promotion page. Unless otherwise stated, each bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Players who attempt to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts will have their accounts flagged for duplicate account review.
Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated as "no wagering" on the promotion page, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x, 40x) will be stated on the individual promotion page. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for the promotion. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the time limit will result in the automatic expiry and removal of the bonus balance and any associated bonus winnings.
Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. Unless otherwise stated, slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games, baccarat, and roulette may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%). Sports bets placed with bonus funds are subject to minimum odds requirements as stated on each promotion page. In-play bets placed at odds below the minimum threshold will not count towards wagering requirements.
Bonus Abuse: ffbagar employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse. Behaviour that constitutes bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: placing opposing bets on the same event using bonus funds (known as "arbing"), exploiting mathematical advantages to guarantee returns regardless of outcome, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and coordinating with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, the Operator reserves the right to void all associated bonuses, void any winnings derived from bonus funds, and close the player's account.
The Operator reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not retroactively affect bonuses already accepted and being actively wagered in good faith.
User Obligations
By using the ffbagar platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the following obligations at all times.
Players are expected to use the ffbagar platform lawfully, fairly, and in good faith at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions:
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information at any stage of registration or verification;
- Using the platform while under the age of 18;
- Accessing the platform on behalf of any third party, whether or not that third party has given permission;
- Using software, scripts, bots, AI tools, or any automated system to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Operator in any game, market, or promotion;
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors in games or the platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a verifiable technical error may be voided by the Operator;
- Engaging in match-fixing, insider information betting, or any form of corrupt wagering activity;
- Transferring funds between player accounts or engaging in any form of money laundering through the platform;
- Using the platform in a way that disrupts or interferes with the experience of other players or the normal operation of the ffbagar service;
- Posting, transmitting, or sharing offensive, abusive, defamatory, or illegal content through any platform communication channel including customer support chat;
- Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming restriction, self-exclusion, or account closure imposed by the Operator or requested by the player.
Violation of any of the above obligations may result in, at the Operator's sole discretion: immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balance, voiding of pending bets, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where legally required.
Players are also responsible for understanding the tax obligations applicable to gambling winnings in their jurisdiction. ffbagar does not provide tax advice and does not withhold or remit taxes on behalf of players. Players in Bangladesh are solely responsible for any reporting obligations that may apply to winnings received through the platform.
Account Closure
Players may request the closure of their ffbagar account at any time. The Operator may also close or suspend accounts under specific circumstances described in these terms.
Voluntary Closure: Any player who wishes to close their ffbagar account may do so by contacting the support team at [email protected] or via live chat inside the account dashboard. Account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Prior to closure, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to identity verification and standard withdrawal processing times. Any active bonus balance at the time of closure will be forfeited.
Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming section of the account dashboard or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. Once a self-exclusion is in effect, the player will not be able to log in or access any service on the platform for the duration of the exclusion. Players who have self-excluded will also be removed from all promotional communications. Self-exclusion periods cannot be reduced or cancelled before the minimum exclusion period has elapsed.
Operator-Initiated Closure: ffbagar reserves the right to close or suspend any player account at its sole discretion in the following circumstances:
- Confirmed or suspected violation of these Terms and Conditions;
- Confirmed or suspected bonus abuse, fraud, or money laundering activity;
- Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents when requested;
- Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months;
- Discovery that the account holder is under the age of 18;
- Any legal, regulatory, or compliance requirement that necessitates account closure.
Inactive Accounts: An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, wager, or withdrawal activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. ffbagar may charge a monthly inactivity maintenance fee on inactive account balances after this period, subject to notification to the player's registered email address. Players are encouraged to remain active or to withdraw their balance and close their account if they do not intend to continue using the platform.
Limitation of Liability
The following provisions set out the limits of the Operator's liability to players in connection with the use of the ffbagar platform.
The ffbagar platform and all services offered therein are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While the Operator makes every reasonable effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption, errors, or technical failures, it does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ffbagar and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from use of or inability to use the platform;
- Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind;
- Any loss arising from unauthorised access to a player's account where that access resulted from the player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials;
- Any loss or damage arising from reliance on inaccurate odds, scores, or market data that was the result of a third-party data feed error;
- Any loss arising from a technical malfunction, game error, server failure, or network disruption that was outside the Operator's reasonable control;
- Any interruption to platform availability arising from scheduled or emergency maintenance.
In the event that a game is affected by a verifiable technical error that causes an incorrect game outcome, payout, or odds display, the Operator reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant players. Such decisions are made at the Operator's sole discretion and are final.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by the Operator's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
